Allen and Sandi Welborn felt God leading them to develop The Right Blend Conference material in 2005. The thrust of their ministry together has always been to lead the lost to faith in Christ and equip the saved to follow God’s Word in their daily lives. Because of their unique story and their willingness to share what God has shown them as they have raised their family, The Right Blend conferences are having a major impact on families and marriages across the country.

The foundation of their “resume” is the personal commitment they have to their own marriage of over 25 years and their five grown children all solid Christians, serving the Lord today. Ashley, their oldest, is a homemaker & mother to her four daughters whom she home schools. She is a featured soloist and children’s choir leader at her church in AL. Paul, their oldest son, is a computer wiz and drummer for the praise and worship band at his church in GA. Erin, their middle daughter, is a minister’s wife and children’s ministry director for her church in FL. John, their younger son, is a full-time evangelist and founder of Foundation Youth Camps. Sheri, their youngest daughter, is a staff member at First Baptist Church Woodstock & teaches ESL. Allen & Sandi have seven grandchildren and counting.
